Pittsburgh
This past weekend we went to Pittsburgh to watch a couple Mets games. Its a very beautiful city, although it smells funny walking through the streets! (Steam coming from the manholes, lol)
There were about 14 of us that had tickets for the Saturday night game.
I was really impressed with the number of Mets fans vs. the number Pirates fans since it was their stadium! This picture was taken on the Clipper, a ferry that takes you from Station Square directly to PNC Park for the games. It could carry approx. 400 people on its three stories. We stood on the third story because it made you a little queesy inside the enclosed banquet rooms =)This is where we had lunch on Sunday! Boy was it ever some GREAT Italian food. They had over 3500 pictures on the walls to look at and a table in the kitchen where you could watch them prepare your food. It was an Italian restaurant like in the movies. The hostess even told you history on the place as you walked up the never ending flights of stairs to get to the third floor where we were seated! Their serving sizes of food was either small or large, small feeds 2-4 people and large feeds 6+.
This is Johan Santana, one of the two pitchers Kim was really excited about seeing pitch in person. The other was the pitcher from Saturday night, Pedro Martinez.
Mets win both games!!!!
It was really fun and we plan to go back and do it again next year. Maybe Jerzie will be old enough to enjoy it too although it was nice to take a weekend vacation with friends and no kiddies!

Me and my sister...
We were hanging out a graduation party chatting it up like we used to when we were kids. I thought the pictures turned out pretty cute so I decided to share them.
Boy have we changed over the years, lol. Funny how time changes things. I can still remember when I couldn't stand to be in the same room with her and now I don't know what I would do with out her and her family in mine and my familys' lives :)

The Reception
After the wedding, we went to the reception, and most of us had a really good time :)
Jerzie and Jaxson. Jerzie doesn't look too impressed, does she. This was the beginning of the downward slope to me bringing her to Grama's so mommy could enjoy herself child free :)

Wedding
Daddy was in a friends wedding a couple weeks ago and I got some really cute pics of Jerzie in front of the church that I wanted to share.
Flashing her panties so daddy can scold her, lol.

The Finished Project
It's been a while but here is the finished project that the guys were working on when I last posted...
It is a playground....
In our little backyard...
For the birthday girl, Jerzie Shea!
She was very hesitant in the beginning at doing anything but the swings but all that has changed now!!
She absolutely loves "her own playground" as she puts it :) Little does she know she will have to share it in a few years, lol.
