Barcelona Beach

We took Jerzie to barcelona for a day of fishing and looking for colored glass at the beach. We left Payton with Grandma because we knew it would be too much for Payton to be out on Lake Erie this early in the year.

Jerzie pretended that the rocks were sand, and buried her legs, ha ha ha...

Here she is looking for colored glass. We found quite a bit but not quite as much as Kim and I used to find when we were kids.
It was very windy cold and sunny, but a lot of fun!
Jerzie and daddy ventured close to the lake to see if they could find some shells...

Then we had some picnic lunch that we brought with, Jerzie's favorite was the watermelon of course...
I am really glad that we chose to take her. Its been a long time since either of us had been there and it was fun to see Jerzie enjoy it so much!
